what goes better with jazz than some smooth cocktails? some decadent, tasteful, culinary masterpieces of food, i say! luckily, on april 18th you can experience both because Jazz, TX is kicking off its chef series event with executive chef lorenzo morales.
chef lorenzo morales will feature a special mole and mezcal inspired menu at Jazz, TX from 6pm – 8pm at $125 per person. seats are limited folks! and by limited, i mean 15 couples or 30 guests. pretty intimate and snazzy!
each ticket, will feature a specialty pre fixe menu for two, including gratuity, tax, cocktails, and a cover fee if guests wish to enjoy the 8:30 p.m. show of the doc watkins trio. chef morales’ mole and mezcal themed menu will consist of specialty 5 courses:

1st course – Duck Chilorio w/ Tortilla
Duck Confit – Red Onions – Cilantro
2nd course – Ensalada con Hierbas w/ Mole Amarillo Vin
Epazote – Cilantro – Oregano – Butter Lettuce – Pepitas
3rd course – Flor de Calabaza Quesadilla
Squash Blossom – Huilacoche – Queso Oaxaca – Guacamole
4th course – Mole Rojo con Pollo
Epazote Rice – Fried Chicken Foot – Plantains
5th course – Tamale de Maize Dulce
Sweet Corn – Cumin Chantilly – Sweet Cream Ice Cream
